"We had a wonderful lunch here at Palmar. I liked the vibe of this place so much, they had Latin music very upbeat and the food was Chinese, so it was a really nice and interesting mix. You can park on the streets and pay with your pay by phone app or you can park in the back of the restaurant where they have a few spots for free parking for their guest, which I thought it was a big plus. I tried the Chinese rice which they made special for me since of my shellfish allergies it was very good, but nothing like those amazing dumplings. These were not regular dumplings, they were stuffed with plantains and tofu. Freshly fried, so crispy, and tasty. Definitely my favorite part of the lunch."

Amazing food all around! Every dish we have ordered has been amazing. Taste, portion, price, customer service, all great.

When a dessert is the highlight of your meal, there is something wrong. The Mamey tort was good, very interesting. A plus. The plate we were sold as a great dish was poorly done (Mongolian shrooms The Kimchi lacked a kick. The ribs were ok. The dumplings were not good at all and the price was insane. $9 for 3 small dumplings, a big hefty. The sitting outside was nice but mind the loud music next door. Plan accordingly. Stop by and experience it on your own.
