"I was with my family for a basketball tournament in Fort Lauderdale. Looked up local places to go after the games picked Panaretto and made a reservation on OpenTable. Arrived at Panaretto at which was minutes early for our reservation. We walked in and they had no idea about our reservation and did not have a table for so they sat us in a small booth next to bathrooms in back of place and brought up a chair. We were told someone would be right with us we then waited minutes to place our order including drinks. They only brought half the drinks at first and it took minutes and having to ask multiple times to get my children water. Ordered appetizers, pasta dish, and pizzas. The food arrived...

We had a real good dinner here, food was very tasty and well presented, the chicken Parm is a must!! Big portion !! My husband had tapas and they all were delicious, we finished sharing a Tiramisu that was just amazing!service was excellent.we will come back to try them pizzas

Terrible service. Walked out before ordering because of the poor treatment by the staff. Inexperienced staff unable to answer simple questions about menu and chef refused to make gluten free pasta even though it is on the menu because it takes too long and he was busy. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would have been willing to wait for it. Went to Carabbas and had a wonderful experience and meal there
