"Food was just ok, Panera at 42 much much better. This location suffers from doing without I guess. 3 times visiting over the past year and 3rd time out of baguettes , which knocks out a big portion of menu. For what ever reason they drain all the drinks available about 2 hours before they close. Employees generally friendly, they just always are missing something. On this trip no cups, had to use small water cups for drinks….. update went to counter to get my desert …. And we are out of bearclaws….. no 4th time for me."

I've had many delivery orders through the Panara website for the Smithfield store and have never had an issue. This delivery I ordered a soup breadbowl and another item. I received the delivery and there was no soup included. I asked that they credit my card back for the item I didn't receive, but they said they couldn't or could not get up with anyone that could. They offered to put my name on a list and next time I ordered they would through something extra in.
