"Very bad experience at this point. I ordered a warm bowl and cashier said the discount I had for soup. I didn't want soup, so I went on with the order of a Mac and cheese dish. Then she said my discount would work for Mac and cheese dish. Another employee said it wasn't for the original shell she wanted. So I said okay I want Baja chicken warm bowl and Mac and cheese bowl. She asked if I wanted big for Mac and cheese dish, I said, please. Once the food was ready, they had only made a big Mac and cheese, no bowl. This location is great! It's always so crazy busy and the staff do so much to keep it running smoothly and it's not as busy as it looks. Also the order on the app is brilliant, my order is always fresh and correct every time!

Order online. Strawberry poppy salad. Pick two Mediterranean veggy with chicken noodle soup. I have some noodles at home in the soup NO CHICKEN in it. Anointed to extreme. The sandwich was thrown together. Salad had NO CHICKEN. Not used by other Panera locations. Someone has to bring their act together. Being short is not an excuse for this Scottish food preparation.

This was our first visit, today at about 4:30. I just wanted some hot drinks and snacks. I'm looking for a green tea and a coffee. Our server brought an ice drink and a coffee cup. When we explained that we wanted a hot green tea, she said it was. Then I had to buy another drink, not know what happened to the iced tea. Our server took it and that was the end. This time we never got a smile or a thank you. It seemed like we were a burden for them. I don't know why she's in the hospitality industry because she's certainly not friendly for customers and definitely cost the business money.
