"there were clearly some problems with restaurant management. our server was new, but has made a reasonable job to keep us informed about delays. we ordered drinks and beer that was not available on the menu. I ordered sangria and was served a margarita. I guess that was bar-tender mistake. we waited a very long time for the drinks that are served and then waited for the right drinks again. the bartender was busy chatting with customers who sit at the bar while we waited on our table. 2 of us ordered cloves and were served chickens. when we entered the restaurant, we felt that the problems were in the bar and in the kitchen. as our server told us, he waited while the kitchen to correct our order. but still we did not serve chickens. after our long wait for drinks and then we decided to accept the bun instead of waiting longer for the right meal. the food we got was in order, but the visit was disappointing and we will not be back."

"Had to wait over 15 minutes in line because the lady 2 cars up had multiple orders.... I heard it came to 38.00. Orders like that should be only taken inside.. Who wants to wait that long for 1 cup of coffee. The Drive thru is for fast service.. Not lazy people."

"We haven't been there in awhile, so we had some questions.My sister thought she was ordering a dinner when it was just an appetizer. She asked if it came with a roll she said no, but could order a side breadstick.I asked a question she rolled her eyes, very rude.She was training someone. She needs to have some customers service training, or find a job she likes. The food was good."

"Thank you to the restaurant manager for installing a table for our extra-city guests who were in the Inn last night. We did not make reservations for the 5 of us, but he did it right. As busy as the bar and the restaurant was, our food was delicious and perfectly prepared, our server was friendly and courteous. You visited my friends in Sebring a highlight."

"I have a brain injury which makes dining out very complicated. Fluorescent lighting, ceiling fans, kitchen noises, TVs in all directions, large windows with cars passing by, echoing…these are just some of my triggers. It was very nice to go into Faded Bistro with the calm and relaxing atmosphere, mellow music, windows that open to the gardens, soft lighting, NO TVS, and no kitchen noises. Not to mention the outstanding service, beautiful and delicious food, and that bar! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The crab quiche is off the charts and the Havana was more than delicious!"
