"50 minutes for a bowl of soup and pizza. Manager finally admitted they had been backed up for hours due to busses. You know what, a good manager would call in extra help, and/or advise staff to tell customers who are ordering at the front that they're running behind and that there's a 45 minute wait, on average for your food...at least give your customers the choice to wait or go somewhere else. This is not the first time we've had a significant wait for food for dine in, but it will be the last. I think they put the orders for their to go customers a priority over dine in and that's just what I saw while waiting. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20"

There is a gentleman that works the drive thru the last couple times I've been there early in the mornings. He's a joy to interact with. If only the world had more pleasant people like him. Panera definitely has a keeper with this one. I'm just sorry I don't know his name but was working 10-11-23 and wears glasses.
