"I'm not sure were to begin.I ordered two pizzas over the phone, my account was charged but the store didn't have my order After spending 1 hour and 30 min on the customer support line to get a refund to find out they actually did have my order.So I drove back to the job to pick up the pizzas then found out the pizzas were back at the store....So we drove back to the store picked up the pizzas to find out the pizzas were not cooked all the way . I was still charged a delivery fee.Then I drove back to the store and had them re cook it."

We have tried to order delivery more than once and it never arrives. We call the store and they say we have a credit for free pizza. Then when we try to order they say there is no credit. I’ve never had such a poor experience!

Seems like we all are getting RAW pizzas ! Health department will be notified and the fact that this keeps happening to multiple customers sounds like Ryan should probably find a new career! I'm available to share some you tube videos on how to cook a fricken pizza , and the cook wearing a supporter of 420 shirt explains so much! Unbelievable that this has happened multiple times and it's still open! Can't wait to see Ryan's response! Thank goodness there is a 3 margaritas right next door! Hopefully Ryan pays the tab !
