"It is good that we have only passed the central parking lot of the monastery. Otherwise we missed it: At the end of the spacious Fürstenfeld monastery complex, where the basic supply of the always hungry monks was already in the economic areas, the brewhouse is located right next to the mill. The previously located gravel beer garden is separated by the nearby Mühlbach, in the background the water passes through the mill gun. The weather moved us this year. Dark wood, limey walls and short leather hosn breathe violent Bavarian cosiness. Above the large tables, however, modern luminaires offer a stylistic contrast point, mapped kitchen towels serve as visual protection from the windows. No Humba Humba Economy obvious. The map also offers more than the usual Brauhausschmankerln, which of course also. But tormented eggs with potato snow I would have expected as little as air-dried deer ham! And also the standards such as white sausage or Oabatzdn are visually very appealing and do not remember sweet canned food a la Oktoberfest. Now becomes embarrassing: after only two wheat I cannot remember the brand! It was pretty bad. And the free from ceiling is also at cost. The prosecco with currant juice already had cocktail quality and was praised by Mrs ubier... We had a very cozy Vesper here and recommend the rewarding snack to every convent visitor."

"Food was very good however the manager is power hungry. We specifically asked when we sat down, if we could get two meals to take out, when we finished our meals (for 2 people back at our hotel) and were told “definitely “. After we ordered those 2 meals, the waitress came back and told us that the manager told her “it cannot be done”. We’d seen her yelling at the waitress. We finally convinced the unfriendly manager to get the 2 meals however she claimed they were “out of noodles” and couldn’t give us the pasta dish. We believe she just wanted to get home early, didn’t want to stay a minute longer to accommodate us (even though they’d agreed to). There were many guests still in the restaurant when we left. Good food but not worth it due to the manager. Also no English menus."

"the fifth and last time we come to this highly valued restaurant. the decor and ambiente are great, no complaining, well designed. but they can't eat the glamour. while eating that is served is acceptable, nothing outstanding, keeping the administration and kitchen is. the breakfast/lunch service is extremely hurried, probably because the restaurant team is in a hurry to get out there, maybe golf or the like. the menu is seriously limited for the breakfast you can have a coffee, but no croissants or pastries of any description. if they don't want a touch or pancake, then hard. I recently came back here, just before covid, to lunch with an overseas business customer. the opening times of the restaurant we arrived at our table. the waitress took it up to tell us that they were very busy and that eating could take a while. then she disappeared because she hadn't said anything, then she took our orders. after another, our food arrived. it took about minutes until we finished. so it was about we asked the waitress for the Dessert menu. very bluntly we were told that the kitchen was closed and that we could not have dessert whether it was ice cream, cake, tart or anything else. in unbelievable I reminded them of the time and that the restaurant was served until and that we had booked and had the first course of our lunch and now of course ordered the second course, dessert. it was and she went on to say the kitchen had closed with me was so embarrassing before my business customer. the arrogance in this restaurant is criminal and gives German restaurants a very bad name. time to get rid of this restaurant or management / kitchen team."
