For me, Caesar salad means romaine lettuce, chicken, bacon, egg dressing (mayonnaise), garlic, parmesan and possibly anchovies and/or capers. Here they had chosen a different twist, and it was partially very successful. The salad (I immediately recognized the pre-cut Romano mix from Bama) was mixed with parmesan flakes, tiny (canned) artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, celery and cherry tomatoes.
