"I am disappointed to give Chick-fil-A only one star, and that star is for the associate at the cash register. I am not sure of his name because my receipt said the register was for "Katerina", but she was acting as the manager at the time. She seemed uninterested, slow, and bothered, but maybe she is not a morning person or was tired. However, time and accuracy seem to be lacking in this Chick-fil-A's culture. I have been here a few times and most likely will not return in the future, which is unfortunate because I enjoy maintaining my signature status each year. Let's talk about timing. This cannot be blamed on a shortage of staff because each time I have visited there have been more than enough associates working. When I decided to go into the store due to being stuck in the drive-thru line, it was 10:31 and they were already taking lunch orders. I was unable to order breakfast due to the slow team. The response I received was not satisfactory. I have been a member of Chick-fil-A for over 10 years, and this type of situation has never happened before. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. I am starting to think this may be a Midwest thing because no one ever encountered this issue in Texas."

"I have a man with a disability and he usually has a hard time to keep the door. A customer thought it was us, and the waitress came out and stopped it so he could get out. The food was great."

"The staff at this restaurant is very rude and does not seem to care about their customers. I had a negative interaction when a staff member roughly grabbed me while I was trying to reach for an ice cream cake in the freezer. Even though I apologized for not seeing the sign, the staff member just rolled their eyes at me. During another visit, I ordered a chicken tender basket that only came with a small amount of fries. I was confused and thought there had been a mistake. Regardless, I was not happy to pay $15 for a meal that was lacking in portions. The woman who took my order was also unfriendly and seemed to dislike her job."

"My Hubby and I got a Gc of friends for our 40th anniversary, so we decided to try Vivere Saturday night after the church. We really liked it. The food was great. Our wonderful waitress, Yeta (sp??) was super friendly and helpful. It is in a building that has been many other restaurants so they are compared with them. You are not a breakfast/lunch community, they are nice restaurant to which you go if you want high quality food and service. Very nice place to take date night or your mother on Mother's Day!! You need to update the outside, so don't make a judgment until you go in, it's very nice. There are plans for a terrace, and they have a nice bar area to just stop in a drink. We go back!!!
