"This review is specifically for Marilyn (I think is her name. She has long brown hair and is in her early 20s). I was having issues with the Peets app and connectivity and wanted to redeem some points and a coupon I had. Marilyn tried to help me but I had no reception, so she helped me out with redemption on my drink. The manager (I think) with glasses overheard me talking about it to my friend and asked me what had happened, then went over and spoke to Marilyn about it like she shouldn?t have done that. What?s so sad is that Marilyn did a great job, helped me out and I would have definitely stopped by this Peets when I pass through SB again. But the manager (or lead, whoever she was) liste...

The barista signed me up for the rewards program upon my arrival so I was able to receive a free drink! Thank you ???????? I'm a big fan of their coffee's and teas ????

I'm normally a Starbucks guy so I went to the Corner Bakery across the street from this shop to get a latte. When the machines were broken I walked across to Peet's and I'm glad I did. Peet's coffee is smoother than Starbucks and it was a pleasant place.

I like Peet?s the most out of all the big commercial coffee chains. This location is great! I always order ahead on the app, never had any issues with my drink being messed up or taking too long. I love the quality of their espresso and the matcha. And the workers/management are nice ????
