"The food was excellent. The dining area was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only problem was that the steak was a little small, but built up in taste. I was so full that I couldn't have done a bigger steak anyway. Everything was a great culinary experience."

"my family and I live 25 minutes away from the easley location. we ordered us here because I was in the opposite. we ordered the family meal for eight (8th) when I came home, we noticed that we were missing the half of the chicken that comes with the order. when my wife and I talked to the manager about making it right, I was told that he would give us a free chicken when we come back. the free plate of the huh he referred is not free, since it is actually the plate of the huh that was missing from our meal for which we have already paid. I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed by his answer to our problem, but I know that from all the time I have visited tropical grille throughout the years (various standorte,) I've never had a problem before."

"The fast food chicken at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the chicken sandwich which was delicious but a bit too thick! I would rate it 5 stars overall. However, the dining area could use some improvement as the garbage containers were overflowing and customers had to bag their own trash to stack up. The first floor was also messy with spilled drinks on the floor. It was busy and could have benefited from better cleanup and security measures. Despite these issues, this is still a great place to eat and I prefer this location over the one in Powdersville because it is more appealing."

"The Original Italian and Ham sandwich and Ham and Provolone sandwich were delicious as usual, my wife and child really enjoyed them. However, the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak sandwich was very messy and the bread was wet and soggy."

"Hands down the best BBQ in these parts. It doesn't matter if you go with the pulled pork or the chicken or the brisket or the ribs it's all delicious. And the sides are outstanding. The first time I ate at SP, I left feeling that it seemed expensive. Compared to other BBQ joints, it is on the high side. However, you get plenty of food. We usually leave with a couple of to-go boxes with enough food in each for another meal for both of us. So when you consider you get two meals out of it, it's not that expensive. Yes, I could eat it all in one sitting, but I want to walk out instead of being rolled out. The BBQ is smoked for hours in their smoker and the flavor melts in your mouth. This BBQ is not cooked in an oven and then drenched in sauce. Sauce is on the table, but good BBQ doesn't need any sauce. I will use a little sauce every now and then just to alter the flavor a little. Most of the time there's a wait to get a table, but it's worth the wait."
