"Garcia's was always a family favorite growing up for both myself and my boyfriend's families. It made for the perfect date night for us and we both loved that the food was just as good as we remembered it being when we were kids. It was nice to have a date night in a place where we both had really good memories. I'm looking forward to bringing our kids there one day and adding to those memories on the other end. The service was spectacular also. We were well waited on, without any hovering. It was perfect."

"The lobby could use a more attentive and mysterious ambiance. The fries were scattered on the racks, there was some grime on the tables, and the drink station desperately needed cleaning. Their new kiosk setup went well, but we were instructed to take a card and place our orders at the table, yet our food arrived completely cold. It seemed they weren't focused on marketing or customer service. Additionally, a young child was playing in a game area that was unsuitable for her age, indicating a lack of supervision. Overall, the management seemed to be missing the point of the experience, and it felt like they were trying to emulate McDonald's but missed the mark."

"Here's the deal, if you are going to post a time of 8pm for closing.... -Keep serving until 8pm. I arrived at 7:55 to order a plain latte and hot chocolate only to find the staff had already mopped floors, stowed chairs, cleaned out the espresso machine, and apparently had closed out the register as they complained when I attempted to pay with cash after already being denied the latte due to staff shutting down early. I paid with card, carried out one of the two drinks I had stopped to purchase, and will likely not pass on any recommendations to friends and family of this establishment. A note to the owner/s: If staff is in such a hurry to leave at the end of their shift post a 7:30pm closing time and give them 30 minutes to clean up uninterrupted. It was obvious to myself and the two people that attempted orders after me in the drive-through were not welcomed guests."

"The food was decent, but the staff's behavior left much to be desired. The young employee at the window, wearing thick glasses, hurriedly asked if I wanted any condiments. I didn't quite catch what he said, so I kindly asked him to repeat the question. Unfortunately, he responded in a rather curt and frustrated tone. When I requested tartar sauce, he sarcastically remarked that it was the default option. He then went on to share two stories about customers who had asked what he considered to be silly questions. Overall, the rudeness of the staff really overshadowed the meal."
