"General: On the way back from a business appointment from Meck Pomm, my tank indicator arrived at the A1 shortly after the exit Lohne Dinklage. I thought it wasn't a problem, the car gets Sprit and I got a warm little thing that's not so hard in the stomach. So down the next exit Holdorf. Directly behind the descent is a large car park with a total petrol station (formerly AGIP), a Döner Bude and a fast food temple with the big M. However, as I did not feel an appetite for fast food, I did not drive into this area but 200m further the next roundabout to the right Rtg. Holdorf Zentrum. Around 250 meters there is a large free petrol station where my car already got 89 liters of fuel yesterday the liter was 13 cent there compared to the Autohof and 14 cent compared to the BAB gas station cheaper thus at least. Saved €11.57 for this tank filling. I've done more often here. After that, I drove the road a little city-inward. Shortly behind a large net market were 2 pizzerias dirket opposite the road. My car parked at net, and then the torment of choice. The other place was not flattering and big complaints about pizza day, gyrostag etc. could not really convince me without looking at one of the respective menus in the hangouts. My choice then fell directly to the Pizzeria Rialto, which climbed from the outside through the large window front and also spit some people there. Veltin’s reputable outdoor advertising to the local also gave a better impression than the whole colourful and full-grained approach. Local ambience Welcome: I entered the restaurant, I heard a good evening from the back of the kitchen. At the front of the counter, there are three four tables on the street window front, and at the side of the toilet there are also 3 tables. On the left side there was a beverage refrigerator and there were 2 standing tables with stool. Behind it came into a second room with 5 tables and a large glass front to the quite neat summer terrace. Here in the room it was empty now and I took place here. The audience of the guests consisted of adolescents, families with children, couples and also couples in retirement age. The table is covered with a central paper runner, as well as with a tealight that was not lit by my staff (I didn't really use it either). Salt pepper shakers were not present. The chairs were very comfortable, with large high backrest and covered with brown leather artificial leather. See also visually very modern. The toilet was also quite modern and also perfectly clean. Then the owner appeared, who now did not look Italian from the skin color, I guess Indian ancestry. I have no prejudice. The good man spoke German without accent and gave me the menu. He asked me if I already had a drink request. I asked for a Coca Cola. He asked me if 0.2l or 0.4l. I ordered the 0.4l, which was calculated later at €2.80. The 0.2l version would have cost 1,60€ as I could read in the menu. The menu was made of a leather coat with various sides inside. 2 soups, various appetizers, salads, some pasta dishes, pizzas and also Gyros and some meat dishes or Desserts. Probably roughly opposite the same offer as in the pizzeria. The Cola was served very quickly and well cooled. He asked me if I had already decided and I asked him if I could put together a pasta dish too, because I could not really choose one from the map. No problem he said. I then ordered outside the map Rigatoni with tomato sauce, pepperoni, onions, paprika and nicely sharp, which then beat to beech with €7. Food: After a pleasant waiting period, he served me the pasta and wished me a good appetite. A very deep plate with a quite neat portion of pasta, plentiful paprika and onions. Pepperonis were not too many visible, but it was also so nicely sharp. The pasta was all dente, nice hot, the ingredients also tasted good. I could previously see through the mirroring window pane how one of the chefs cut fresh paprika and a few onions for my pasta small. The pasta was nothing special but quite delicious. For this pasta today I have awarded 4 stars. Since there were not served here as usual to the pasta or salad dishes two or three pizza rolls, which are included here. Aioli calculated with €3 extra, so I left it for the PLV at 3 stars. I saw the waiter or the boss a few more paintings or he came past my table. Whether it tastes or there was a drink request was not so interesting for him. After dinner I handled it like the previous guests and went to the counter to pay. He kindly asked if it tasted me. My drink food was then quickly pinched on a block note with a ballpoint pen and the end amount was called me. With a little tip I then paid and was still kindly approved. What I noticed positively here, however, was sometimes called to order food for pick-up, but here the restaurant guests were not disadvantaged here the food of the guests in the restaurant was presented. Conclusion: If it doesn't bother to be cooked or served by any Italian, a proper Italian cuisine regarding pasta pizza is offered here. Personally, I would definitely feed there again. Maybe it's after another tank stop in the summer, but then on the outside terrace in the sun."
