I totally wasted my 21 dollars because the chicken was all burned..if I could give them -5 but there is not option. This is not the first time I got my chicken dried and burned. Please do not go anymore to pollo tropical is not the same restaurant anymore"

Order online via Uber Eats. The delivery was right. The food was best for Meh. All 3 sauces were not delivered. The chicken was very dry.

Great to be able to design dinner, have it made fresh fast through the drive through. Chicken marinade is great when the chicken is grilled. The chicken is good either in 1/4 or 1/2 pieces or chopped up in the Tropi Chop. Good stuff, but the drinks are small over priced my only issue.

Ok seriously this was the nastiest meal.. I ordered it without the black beans but the chicken is so dry I can?t even eat it it looks like somebody ate half of my food before I even got it. The avocados are black in it this is so disgusting you should be ashamed to put out food that looks like this..I?ve tried this location two times I will not go back there again that?s a poor excuse for food
