"the great lady who imagined eating and the one who commanded it seemed interested in doing a job. the one I think was the management seemed angry and not interested in customer service at all. when I spoke loudly during my order and when I went to the window, she almost didn't know she had a customer and gave people a bad impression. never was greeted, acknowledged or until the end thanks, when I paid and that was from the employee who took the order and jumped it up and that seemed to think because the manager took the air out of the room. eating was okay, but bad customer relationships. they would hope that a business was grateful and polite for their customers.
