"In the quality of food and services Pope rarely fails to deliver and this experience was no exception. The ride thru was busy, but flowing, and we ended a few minutes waiting for fresh nuggets (to have a good problem), but we all got what we wanted with the greatest courtesy and no lack of convenience. My wife Marion Harris is on the phone with an amazing Lady Miss Rose. We have family together for the Super Bowl and she took the time to take care of great customer service and to be a completely sweet person. We had a hard time finding chicken in the last minute and she took our order made things super easy. Today it's so wonderful to find someone so nice. Thanks, she really did our day to appreciate all the hard work.
