"Their chicken is very greasy and have no flavor. I ordered spicy chicken in 2 separate occasions and they tasted like their bland mild. Today, I ordered just a large Cajun rice and it was only filled fluffily 3/4 full and it tastes bland, like nastywhite rice. My gosh, the worst Popeyes branch I've ever encountered and I tried to give them a few tries because they are closeby, but seriously bad everytime. Calling and reaching anyone for issues is also non-existent."

Not a well run store, ordered inside and watched car after car move through the drive through. Guy came from the back to take my order. Went back to make chicken. Waited forever for food. He comes back up and promptly filled my order. Get back and 3chicken sandwiches had buns so toasted they crumbled in your hand. Sides were fine but sandwiches were sitting around too long.Give the kid from the back raise, only one who knows how to hustle.

There was only crispy chicken available when we visited on Nov.20, 2022 at 5:30 pm. They started cooking chicken after a bunch of customers arrived.. Our orders took 30 minutes to come out! The dining room was nice and warm but the restrooms were meatlockers. Women don't typically pee standing up. The toilet seats were ice cold, like both of the restrooms. Only cold water ranfor hand washing. Popeyes should fix the problems at this location.

"I'm not one that is easily impressed by most restaurants, as most are simply the same. The food is best, the noise level is one in which you can scream a lot to a conversation with the one you sit on your table, the variety of spices they choose, in their kitchen is minimal and the food is generally either tasteless or oversalted. The selection, service and food have impressed me very much. Gus, the face of the facility came by to talk to my friend, and I, to find out what brought us in and what we were looking for in our culinary experience, offers a few choices on the way. As soon as the food came, it was not disappointed, and his descriptions were not only accurate, but spot on. We separated a Tiramisu three ways and it was one of the best Tiramisu I had ever been in Italy. I hope to find them to be consistent as if that were the case, I am sure my husband and I will be customers again. Thank you for a nice evening. (Side Note: Shannon, our server, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu, a refreshing surprise for someone as young as she seemed."

"that is a very nice place for sushi. you eat is amazing. it is fresh, tasteful and delicious. the staff is friendly and polite. the service is fast. I wouldn't have asked for a better experience. highly recommended for a family dinner or a special date!"

"there for a late lunch and breakfast with a friend today. was never here. I am very picky about steak, but I can honestly say it was the best steak I ever had. I often make mortons in schaumburg and ruths chris in south barrington, so I was initially skeptical. not only was our young waiter very friendly and personal, but he recommended perfect and my ny strip was incredibly buttery and tasteful. the sides were divine and the atmosphere was pleasant. my hos had the lamming aprons and said they were also amazing! the manager was super friendly and was also the barkeeper this afternoon. he came to our table and chat a little. what an incredible experience. many thanks for the great meal and service. we're safe back."

"I don't even know where I was all about what I ate was delicious I had the bark wellington and I was skeptical because it was covered with mushrooms, but katy could put it on the side for me I paired it with red wine that was superb and for it was my first time eating a wellington this was a total hit that I loved every piece and the peppercorn only. my compliments to the chefs and the staff for a beautiful evening, if I ever renamed firma colorado, I will come back here definitiw."

"I heard someone talk about ikigai at a nearby brewery, so we were very excited to try a sushi spot in waukegan. we were not satisfied with ikigai. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. our server offered to answer all the questions we had about the menu, and the service was very fast. we ordered the chicken and black dumplings as an appetizer. they were unbelievable, and I loved the sose so much that I asked to keep the sose for our rolling. our server brought us a fresh bowl of sauce because I loved it very much. we ordered three different rolls for dinner the spicy thunfish roll, the spider roll and the waukegan roll. I couldn't tell you what my favorite was. they were all amazing and the portions of the fish in each roll were super generous. Note: I always have problems with the use of chipsticks. (I owe it to you to be left behind, but I know that's just an excuse. one of the employees recognized this and immediately offered a great tutorial on the use of file printers. it was very appreciated! we will definitely be regular!"
