"Honestly, I frequently visit this restaurant and always give them a chance to correct any mistakes, but this was my most disappointing experience yet. The waffle was burnt, and the burnt taste was unacceptable. Why serve something when you know it's not good? I absolutely love PCJ! Their employees are some of the nicest people I've experienced working in customer service. And their Mocha Freeze is addictive.

Good coffee! I came yesterday after years of not visiting and got a really good Christmas drink with almond, vanilla, cinnamon and one other flavor and yum! My sister got the same thing but half sweet and even then, everything was balanced out so nicely!
