Potosi Brewing Company

Delicious! I highly recommend their grilled brisket and sweet potato fries. My friends had the Reuben, grilled chicken sandwich, and beer cheese soup. All of them tasted great. The atmosphere is really unique. They have a cave area and gift shop where you can buy potosi beer as well. Lots of different flavors including seltzers.

First off, this is a really neat place with a lot of history. Even without food and beverage, it's kind of a neat place to see and has various types of souvenirs. My family went there for food and beverage. We ordered the cheese curds and fried pickles as our appetizers and both were outstanding. There was some mix-up with the kitchen and our order. Apparently, the kitchen lost our order and it never got placed. Our waitress didn't realize until about an hour of us sitting there with our empty appetizer plates and empty drinks. went here for the first time, took the tour (which we enjoyed) After the tour decided to head to the bar and cash in our 2 free pints (that came with the paid admission to the tour) and grab a bite to eat. Being that it was a nice Saturday afternoon I wasn't surprised that it was busy but i was disappointed that it seemed like they were not prepared to deal with a decent sized crowd on a warm summer afternoon.
