Where the brewery is now used to be The Puyallup Substation, and was constructed for the Puget Sound Electric Railroad in 1907, supplying the power to the Interurban Electric Trolley that ran from Seattle to Olympia. The BEST Mac and cheese! The menu isn't huge but everything was so good and the ambiance was so cool! They have an interesting drink menu with local IPAs. The Peach Buzz was amazing

The best chips and salsa so much so that we bought an order of sales to take home with us and made a pizza with it. And I also love their beer selection and architecture. It's an old electrical power station and everything is electricity themed

Some colleagues and I stopped in for dinner after a work meeting and this place was exactly what we were looking for. A rustic Northwestern feel, novelty of brewing there own delicious beer on site and Thursday night was $3 beers on tap. The fish and chips were excellent, definitely above average and so was the pizza. We also received excellent service from a server in training and the bartender!
