"I took pictures of the sub when we received it, and it definitely didn’t meet expectations. There were two very thin slices of turkey, and no American cheese as we had requested. When my husband called to address the issue, the staff asked us to bring the sub back. However, we live 7 miles from the restaurant, so returning it would require us to use our gas, which seemed unreasonable. We offered to send them a picture instead, but they suggested that the manager could handle it. Something definitely needs to change at this location if they want to be one of the better Jreck’s Subs around."

"During my vacation to the Thousand Islands area, a friend recommended this bakery. It was a half hour from the hotel I was staying at, but I made it my mission to try there one of the mornings I was in the area. It didn't disappoint! I ordered cinnamon rolls, a raspberry brownie, a flavored latte, and some breakfast sandwiches. Everything was delicious! Prior to going, I was unsure if they served coffee beverages, and they DO! I took some pictures of the beverage menu and flavor selection, in case a fellow coffee drinker is headed this direction. Don't forget to check the cooler BEHIND the register, which is where I found apple cider! There was plenty of seating inside, but I opted to take my goodies to go. The lady who served us was so kind and friendly. I think the service can really set the tone for a cafe, and she set a tone that was warm welcoming. I will definitely come back, next time I'm in the area!"

"Love love love this place. It's our favorite place to go. We've ordered breakfast and lunch so many times I've lost count. My employer usually orders lunch from them when he has group meetings. The staff is beyond welcoming and warm. The take the time to get to know you and truly enjoy providing customers with a great experience. My favorite foods to order are the chef salad and a Monte Cristo. Their desert and pastry options always vary which is nice. You can't go wrong with soup either. The soup selection varies from chili, to kielbasa soup, to potato, to broccoli cheddar, etc. I always get green tea, but they offer a nice selection of smoothies, coffee, and other types of tea. Their cinnamon rolls are famous! I strongly recommend eating here. Free wifi, comfortable seating, and a warm atmosphere."
