They have indoor and outdoor kitchen. You order at the counter and everything is fresh to order. There are bakery articles that are not listed on the menu, juices and smoothies. We didn't go the best day on Mother's Day to judge a restaurant, but it ran like a well-oiled machine. We gave up our order. Great place to go for anybody who likes food, Fantastic selection of entrees, snacks, smoothies. My calzone tasted like it came from my favorite Long Island pizzeria (but nut cheese will never replace cow cheese). They need to open a chain Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
