"Woooow! Oh, my God! Many American Thai restaurants don't excite me... Puukaow Doe - threw me away! I took the Gf here for V-day (the one Monday is open! and boy, what a treat! Starting with the Calamari Appetizer-wait-no-, that is not what it started. It started with a fantastic waiter! He was charismatic, knowledgeable and fast to tailor-made advice. The Calamari hit the spot – as it was good (but not over shattered and perfectly cooked. Just the right to chewing and bread. After a serious recommendation, I chose the green curry roasted rice – and BAM! Perfect aromas and textures. Well balanced mix of sweet and spicy. Mm mmm mmm. Finally – the famous Mango Sticky Rice and coconut ice cream...

Yum! The way a review of a restaurant should begin properly. The food is great. Great choices in spicy... mild to very hot I love this place. Local and quality! The staff is always friendly and attentive and they serve a good meal. Very recommended. Support on site!!!

Very good restaurant! Beautiful decor, clean tables, bright windows and so friendly staff! Soups are so good! I had pad Thai dish with shrimp and chicken, and it was excellent. You'll make it as sharp as you want. Or if you want more peanut sauce or something, that's good. Nice hot jasmine tea. Overall a very good meal. Great for Pueblo West!

Do not let yourself be fooled by the Stripe Mall Outer appearance, this is just one of the best restaurants in Pueblo. Everything is delicious, the indoor atmosphere is very pleasant and quiet, and the entire staff is great! If I only lived closer, I would eat here at least once a week. At least. A warning: as with most real Thai restaurants, do not overestimate your heat capacity. I can't get enough spicy stuff, but 5 stars are too hot for me too. If you are even sensitive to spices, you probably do not go above a 1. But still definitely go.
