"Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the LES. At first I was a little skeptical about a Haitian restaurant in LES since I’m used to the ones in BK, but first let me start off saying the owner was very attentive. He was constantly checking on us and making sure the food came out good, even gave us recommendations on what we should try. He easily made our first visit 10x better. I always appreciate when an owner comes to check on his customers. I would easily come back. The food was great as well. I had the Kreyol Chicken w/ White Rice and it came with Plantains as well. Everything was good even the drinks. And loved the music as well. Everything was a vibe ??."

My boyfriend took me to Sunday brunch at Rebel. The interior was amazing, the art work is what fascinated me. The staff was polite and welcoming. The food was good, if you like spicy food this is a place you need to visit. I had a great time.

So I stumbled across this place, waiting for a table for another place. Service is amazing and the owner took care of us. I loved the art work and the vibe in this cozy spot. I ordered a Mangotini and it was strong but so good and sweet. It was perfect. I was with friends we also ordered the calamari to share. It was fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely be back to try some entrees. It’s also black owned!

I have made reservations for another restaurant near, and rebel has attracted me with his music and vibe. So I've been closing last minute. great decision. eating the music was amazing. I love the variety of menus and how it had a hauch of haiti. the Barbancourt selection attracted me. I love the fact that I can taste the food I love and enjoy. the personal was amazing and accommodating. I took my cousin to her birthday and they were great to make sure she celebrated her birthday right. thank you for your hospitality. a good night. make sure to visit the restaurant.
