I drive out of the way for this specific location! They always have the best service, and make the food better too. Specifically the lobster-topped potato, always perfectly cooked.

I'm not sure what happened to Red Lobster since I was a lot younger but I think today is my last trip. Came for the 24 dollar snow crab special, but never again. Ordered the snow crab special, it came out half warm half refrigerator cold. I pulled one of the tiny parts of the crab leg out and said yep... super cold. Grabbed the waiter and let them know. They said they'd send out another meal and not reheat so the crab wasn't overcooked. Less than 5 minutes later the crab comes out and the first thing I see is the leg that's missing the point I pulled off. Barely reheated and some parts still cold. Updated review 4 star to 2 star. We went a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. I can see why they are going out of business. Poor service, couldn’t get drinks throughout the evening or the right food. They seemed very inexperienced in their menu. They gave us the wrong type of crab legs and we had to argue with them to take it back/confirm with the chef. They messed up other food items as well. They also shorted us on crab (no cluster, just small legs) and only fixed it when we asked and pushed again. Overall, no contact from the manager during our time there. The place was also not busy.
