"That was the worst experience of my family and I ever had it. We went in, just like they unlocked their doors. Mop buckets in the middle of the walkway, the floors and tables were still dirty from the night before. Unfortunately, the waitress was less than attentive. When the hostess visited another group (about 12:30) she tried to sit at a dirty table. The group complained and asked for a clean table on which the hostess lied and replied, did I not know we were straightened when we first opened?. My daughter had a confused salad in her cup. Please see pictures, we were the first customers there."

My friends and I, who were still in high spirits from a robotics competition, arrived at the restaurant. Our table was a disaster with things going wrong left and right, like spilled water...

Red Robin has significantly changed their burgers for the worse. They are no longer flame-cooked and have become smashed. I would rather go to a restaurant that specializes in traditional smash burgers. It's disappointing.
