"Of all the years we've traveled to Frankfurt or in Europe, our stay at your hotel was by far the best experience we've had. This was mainly due to the staff. Everyone from reception desk, housekeeping to restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful, and they made us feel welcome every moment we were there. I stay here regularly for business as it's conveniently close to our Frankfurt office. Rooms are not too small and beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurants is good as is the breakfast buffet in the mornings.

Loved this hotel! The sauna and pool were fantastic after a day out. The room service is a bit hit or miss 2x it just never arrived, it also wasn't charged to the room but kinda odd. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The view was nice, got some cool night shots using a tripod from my room.

In the run of our Princess for one day tours, we have been to many many Frankfurt hotels. This is by far our favorite. Excellent rooms (I just wish we could open the windows to get some fresh air at night), super friendly staff and a restaurant with stuff ready to die for. Would I make a 30+ min detour just to dine/ stay (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars) I certainly would, and just did.
