"Rickshaw was the one place we kept coming back to. They have non-vegan food, but also many vegan options...at least 5 or more which is great for mountain towns. I love the Tofu Dan Dan Noodles (with peanut butter) and the Cashew Stir Fry had a wonderful, super tasty sauce. We went there several times as it's my favorite in Ketchum. Someone did their homework in exotic flavors of Asia. But note, the night it was an all-woman staff, the food and flavors were better. No offense to the male cook who was on duty the next time we went."

everything is so fresh! small selection of vegan options that we appreciate as they are hard to find in ketchum. the inner is small, but cozy, fortunately we have there when opened. the service was something missing, but the food was on it.

even if this is not an exclusive vegan restaurant, they have a large selection of vegan options. we ordered the gurkensalat, asian greens, tofu poke and aimees angry vegan noodles! everything was super delicious! the staff was also super friendly. get them early, this place fills up quickly. if they have to wait, there is a super sweet waiting area outside with a fire pit.
