"Leidgeprüft hatten wir einfach nur Hunger und wünschten uns wenigstens eine gute Küche. Da wir Griechenlandfans sind, musste es dieses Mal endlich wieder griechisch sein. Ein Anruf und die bange Frage: Ist ein 65kg-Hund ein Problem? Wir bringen auch ein Kind mit und benötigen einen Kinderstuhl. Alles sei gar kein Problem und man würde sich auf uns freuen. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Nach und nach haben wir auf eine freundliche und unaufdringliche Weise fast alle Restaurantmitarbeiter kennengelernt. Ständig aufmerksam umsorgt waren wir von den Griechen einfach nur begeistert. Alle hatten zusehends Spaß bei der Arbeit und das war ihnen auch ausnahmslos anzusehen! Ein wirklich toller Abend! Das Essen hat auch noch sehr gut geschmeckt und war schön angerichtet. Das Restaurant selbst ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Draußen befindet sich ein kleiner Spielplatz. Rundherum beeindruckend! So schade, dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren und wahrscheinlich nie wieder nach Frankenberg kommen. Für alle die ein perfektes Erlebnis möchten, ist die „Athene“ ein absolutes MUSS!"

"we had ordered a table for the 2nd Christmas holiday. there were two food passages, loud telephone. a 11 o'clock and a 13 o'clock. we were ordered to five for at 11. as we had to drive a few km, and we had to get our visit, we were a bit more timely. it was 10min after half 11 when we wanted to get in there. the door was closed. I had tried twice, as it seemed to me that the door was stuck. that saw someone inside and approached. as it turned out, it was the chief most personal. but the then coming reaction was completely next! he opened the door and it came as follows: now it's going on, you have to sprinkle first at 11! hallo? we should get through our 11th, so eat! and not a good day, no hello, nothing! only extremely unfriendly. no man can do that, not a man! before the house we called another restaurant, which even had places free. on the way there, I called again there, asked the chief. I talked to you, who he already did this with us before, and he has already snapped out. therefore I say, never again there. tell everyone and recommend other gastronomy. is quite expensive there. is better and more friendly!"
