"When I finally reached the front of the line, I ordered two Black Angus Steakhouse sandwiches and requested that they be made without cheese and mushrooms, as well as double toasted. I explained that I had driven over an hour and a half and preferred crunchy bread that would stay warm on my way home. However, the employee simply replied, “We don’t do that,” and placed my sandwiches on the conveyor belt oven. I wasn’t able to get anyone’s name as none of the employees were wearing name tags or any form of identification. As I waited, I heard the employees putting cold ingredients on the sandwiches of the customers in front of me, who had also ordered Black Angus sandwiches. After they checked out, they asked for two sides of Au Jus dipping sauce, which they received without any issues. When it was my turn to add toppings, I requested lettuce, only to be told that my sandwiches had already been wrapped. I was taken aback and ended up with no lettuce or additional toppings. Also, when I requested a side of Au Jus, I was charged for it, while the previous customers were not. I’m not trying to blame those customers, but if you’re going to charge for items, it should be consistent for everyone. When I asked why I was being charged and requested to speak with the manager on duty about my simple requests being ignored, the young employee just walked away. I felt pressured to complete my payment quickly since there was a line behind me, so I left without resolving the issues. Once I got home, I found that my sandwiches had not been double toasted, they contained cheese and mushrooms, and the wrong type of bread had been used. Living far away, I had to throw them away. I understand that I should have checked my order before leaving, but I had prior commitments to attend to. I’m very disappointed that I have not heard back from either corporate or the shop in almost a week, despite using their feedback tool online and in the app."

"fast, efficient, hot tasty! they are the most consistent almost food in the city. the worst experiences that we had from the hundreds of stuffs were the two paintings that they have forgotten a utensili for the mac n-cheese of my child, a soße for my fries, but they did it right both paint. I love to order from the app that comes to the boorstone. so comfortable! the people work friendly. the rewards points and objects offered by the manager on the app are also beautiful. Their diet-limoneal sips (they have the BEST ice) brought me through covid if I could not keep down."

"Great food, I had the gyro and fries. First time having cilantro in a gyro, but it was okay. The atmosphere is nonexistent, but tables were clean. I ate in, so it would have been nice to have a napkin. I think they are used to people just doing take out. "The food was typical of other dining experiences at Culver's. I typically order the Sourdough melt (single) and either a side of fries or onion rings. This order included onion rings. The dining room was open for on site seating and dining. The establishment appeared to be following COVID-19 mandates. Employees wore masks, tables and available booths permitted for social distancing, and an employee was dedicated to the dining room to clean and sanitize tables following customer use. Typical of COVID protocols, self-service condiments were not available. This was the only negative aspect of the visit, thus the 4 star rating. Some employees delivering meals to tables thought to ask customers if they wanted condiments with their meal; however, the individual who delivered my meal did not. I usually take ketchup with my fries or onion rings. The food is flavored enough I can eat it without condiments if none are available, or are offered. My advice would be to ask for additional condiments at the counter when ordering your meal. This restaurant was quite busy, both in house dining and drive through window had steady traffic at 6 pm. The wait for my food was reasonable given the amount of traffic the store was experiencing. I certainly would not be afraid to order from and eat here again in the future, COVID pandemic or not."

"I had the pleasure of enjoying a free veteran dinner at Carlos O'Kelly's. When I went into the door, the experience started. I think the manager was sitting tables and he was as respectful and kind as really loves his job type. The waitress was sweet, the meal was wonderful. It was my first time and I will definitely be back. Thanks for dinner!"
