"The stars given for this review are not for the product, but the poor customer service at Rori's in Carpinteria. I love the pure, quality ingredients that Rori's uses, and their ice-cream tastes amazing. the ice cream is good, but I can't stand as they are always out of so many. my children want root beer wings. no root beer. they want milkshakes. at least 50% of the time the public market location and the montecito location have no milk. Come on! it is a great joy to take them here. keep the foundations on camp!

We discovered Rori's after having Bettina's, and asked for the top 2 popular flavors dark chocolate and peanut butter. They went really well together, and was so creamy and flavorful.Two scoops came out to $8. Partner said, I'd rather have 5 double scoops from here than repeat our meal at Bettina's (I think I'd have to agree which pretty much says it all.Great location for this ice creamery because it gives us an opportunity to stop on the way to Santa Barbara and on the way back! A nice way to bookend a weekend trip.
