"The cafe is one of many dotted around and just off the main square (Marktstatte). There's limited outside seating and if it looks busy inside then head on upstairs to the first floor where there's a larger seating area (there are toilet facilities on the landing of stairs leading up). Both floors mirror each other with counter/serving area and staff so you don't need to go back down to order if upstairs. It's table service and our waitress looked hassled when we visited (she takes the order and brings it as well as collecting the bill) and was quick to point out she doesn't understand if you speak a "foreign tongue" - fortunately I can speak basic German. the ambiente is old-baked - the quality of the torts corresponds to the good standard of earlier. the service was flott and ok.Our whole family loves torten and we are everywhere looking for good quality. you can find in the cafe rosengarten.

from 1976 to 1979 I studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz.Since I am at least one year in the Rosgarten Café.Why ?nostalgie, this or that remembrance, tradition and best torts and cakes.Also, whether before the caffe, down, in the upper floor or above in the outside area: I would always lead anyone who visited with me to the Rosgarten Café today.
