Rosty Peruvian Food

food use to be a bit cheaper and better. Service was always kind of ok, nothing bad nothing special. This place is closed like half the d4mn time. Like oh we have a power outage. Or the cook's sick. Or staff appriciation day. I have come here so many times only to see them closed for their various excuses. Kinda odd. Shame.

I have ordered numerous times for to-go. Food has been consistent for most of the time I’ve ordered. Sauces that come with their whole chicken is all delicious. Love the green sauce. Beans, fries and platanos are also great! There has been a couple off days. What I also love about them is their warm service. This makes me want to continually support them.

Best Peruvian food I've ever had! Their ceviche mixto is insanely flavorful!! I like to get it with no spice and get the spice on the side to add to taste, but if you can handle spicy then get it spicy and enjoy!! The fish is so soft and all the other seafood compliments each other well with the yummy sour lime taste. The mini sides of choclo (sweet corn), cancha (corn kernels), and sweet potato add so much texture and flavor to the overall dish. Definitely a must try! Lots of their other dishes are really delicious as well, so feel free to try them as well. Plus the bread the serve while you wait for your food is freshly baked and warm, and their green aji verde sauce is phenomenal!!
