"On valentines night, we went for spaghetti. It took over 30 minutes to hear that they were out of our appetizer. Another 30 minutes for a different waiter to ask if we needed anything. We then put in a new appetizer and our meal. Within 20 minutes our appetizer arrived. Waiting another 20 minutes and we asked if they started our food. We waited another 10 minutes with no response, so we went to the counter to hear they forgot to ask. Almost 2 hours and our meal was not served. I knew it was a bad sign when the place was not packed and many people walked in to be turned away. This is my last trip to the youngsville la location. Food is good, but the service is terrible at this point. Fully understated. Try to eat here yesterday and after sitting neither the 2 servers came to the table for 20 minutes, so we left. This corresponds to most times we have eaten here. Good food bad service. Management not available.

The service is subpar, we sat ourselves bc no one acknowledged we were standing at the door. Had to ask for a booster seat, felt rushed in ordering. The food was bland not very flavourful and before we could attempt to order dessert the waitress brought our ticket and said thanks for coming yet she didn't even take it. Let's just say this will never be a place I go back to.

Went there and was sat at a booth immediately. We sat and looked at the menu and we sat and we sat and no one came to our table to even get a drink order. A waitress went to the booth on the other side of us gave them drinks and took their order and they came in AFTER us. Other customers started coming in getting drinks and orders taken but not us. So after about 20 mins we informed the staff we were leaving because no one waited on us and didn?t even get an apology. All they did was ask where we were seated and I showed her because it was the first booth near the counter. Again no apology nothing. Will never go there again. Wish I could give them -10 stars
