I showed rough creek that I had a confirmation of open table, but they said they did not make open table reservations to honor. we were sitting at dinner. the food and beverage manager demanded that I email the open table reservation after they told me their visit card I did. strange that open table and cre roughek lodge are confused. excellent dinner with my wife with cocktails and a beautiful wine. I watched on the menu in very small print that a 21% service fee would be added that I am glad that I had observed. when the bill was presented, however, I noticed that the 21% service fee had been added; the bill was presented with the total price...
