"We were having our Jeep worked on at the Mechanic place next to Ruby's and they told us it was a 2 hour wait so I chose to go eat at Ruby's and give it a try for the First time. Everyone was very nice as we walked in. Our Server Elena was extremely nice and very attentive to all our needs. Let's get to the Food. For starters they brought us some Chips with a small bowl of their delicious beans with white cheese on top and also their delicious salsa. For my meal, I had Camarones a la Diabla with Rice and Beans and Hand made Corn Tortillas that were so good. Great spot for Happy Hour with friends. The server was great and attentive! Happy Hour Bites were decent portions. I can't wait to go back and try dinner.

I've only eaten in Mexico once, but it wasn't as good as Ruby's. I ordered the 22 of November (pictured) and was blown away. Fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, and our waitress was very nice, in spite of the language barrier.
