"Was looking for somewhere new to try with outdoor seating. Rudders did not disappoint! Clam chowder was awesome. Buffalo wings were spot on and were crispy just the way I like. We tried two different burgers one with pulled pork and the other with fried mozzarella and basil aioli. Both were so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our sides were baked beans yum, and Mac and cheese honest review wasn’t my favorite but only because I’m not a fan of overly cheesy but some people, like my kids, love it that way. Great selection of draft and bottle beers. Service was great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!"

We ate a late lunch and loved everything. They are very accommodating for dogs. They brought a water bowl for our dog. We shared the Garlic Parmesean Chicken Wings. I had the Lobster Roll with curly fries. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger with curly fries. They have a delicious curry ketchup. Our server, Caitlin P was awesome. She was very attentive.

What kind of find was that for us? A super friendly neighborhood pub with great food, friendly and helpful staff and lively atmosphere. Located in Wallingford Square area, next to the Marine Yard, it is an area easy walk and business. Parking can be a bit difficult at peak times, but there are both on-street and parking available. Call ahead to plan your meal time and enjoy!!!

This is a wonderful local pub with friendly staff, good food, and good drinks. They are always upgrading the restaurant inside and out to ensure peak comfort for guests and staff. They support the community by hosting events and giving proceeds from sales to various community causes. And they are a frequent sponsor for submarines that come to Kittery for long overhauls at the local shipyard. It is extremely rare to find such a gem in this day and age.
