"Absolute disaster! Where do I begin? Order 4 basic sandwiches for dine in, nothing special with no side, no substitutions, and no special requests. It took over 25 minutes for each of them to arrive at different times. Unfortunately when they finally arrived, we had to grab them to go. The photo attached here-in describes the quality of the Big Dipper sandwich received. Without having to say much, you can clearly see that this is pathetic and nothing like what they show on their website or marketing ads anywhere.
