"The attitude, the attitude, the attitude.. I’m all about the hustle and moving quickly and effectively but the attitude is never necessary. The rep was trying to take my order while the person in front of me was still putting her cash in her wallet. Although I was called up to place my order, I did not want to intrude in the space of the person ahead of me, so I stayed back until the person in front of me was done..at this point it really wasn’t busy either, I was a bit shocked but I took it!the rep rolled her eyes and handled me the menu and stated “here’s the menu if you don’t know what you want, next person!”.. I told her that was not the case, I’m sure she saw the person in-front of her...

This is my favorite location. The food is very well seasoned. The customer service is exceptional. If you like Great Mexican food come here the chili cheese fries are amazing.Food: 5/5

The absolute best breakfast burritos in town (and very well priced). The staff is incredible and the ordering is super quick if you order the burritos of the day. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5

Hampden and I-25 location, terrible experience. I really love Santiago’s green chili and normally think it’s the best in Denver. But this location was awful. The service was bad, they seemed overwhelmed and were not busy. They are MICROWAVING their food. You read that right. They also messed up our order and “accidentally” boxed half our food up in to go containers…. I will not go back and you shouldn’t either.
