Upon entering, the hostess seemed clueless. The waitress we had was clearly distracted. The lobsters bisque was awesome! The bbq rib dinner was pathetic. not sauce on the ribs and the baked beans were obviously straight out of the 29 cent can. I used to eat here fairly often. I'm disappointed

My husband made reservations for us two weeks before the day we were to celebrate a birthday. He asked for a quiet table in the corner for two. So, on the day we went, we were sat by a table of at least 10 people having a party. We could see multiple tables in several corners that were empty. We asked to be changed, no. We waited two hours for our meal. The prime rib had to be sent back twice, and it still was RARE, as in dripping blood. We called and left a message for JUDY to call us about these issues. In return we received a call from the hostess. She was rude, called me a liar and offered no reason for these problems. SO, if you want a romantic dinner-DO NOT GO HERE!

I gave 2 stars only because I've had good experiences in the past. However, I've heard complaints about bad service from several friends recently, and this visit was a prime example. We arrived 15 minutes early due our reservation and were seated immediately. The table already had menus and water so we anticipated good things. Our friends arrived on time, 15 minutes after us. At this point we had not been acknowledged by a server. We sat and talked with our friends while I watched 3 servers, a busboy, and the hostess walk through the dining room attending to other tables it's not that big.
