"a foreway:The restaurant is very nicely decorated and invites to a cozy dinner.We were four and wanted to spend nice evening with friends.We entered the restaurant at 18:30 and the first thing that came to us was a dark-haired dame with half-open apron, which would have thrown us a degraded look, turned away again and murmured "what woll the people were asking..." she replied, "we shouldn't be stressing like that, after all she only has 2 hands" I thought that was a bit strange that you were receiving guests like that. but well.I asked to which table we should sit, as answer I got (from the bouncing dark-haired waiter:) "now wait a bit, the table is back for them covered- i kum glei!"Naja.....

Whenever I land in the restaurant schmidhofer, I am looking forward to a pleasure that fascinates. with the excellent kitchen and a courtesy service, it is always a joy to eat there. the friendly staff and the beautiful location make eating something very special and I look forward to visiting my next.

it is always an honor to be hosted in this toplocation of graz. with his team, he runs up to the highest level each time. no matter which food comes to the table, it is an experience for eyes and eyes! the service very friendly, accommodating and unobtrusive and the wine selection grandios! come back soon!

we were already more often (within a few months apart) to be gassed at herbert schmidhofer in the palais and were thrilled each time. last on a hot day (34 grad in graz) in the evening at 18:30 .... unexpectedly, the courtyard was still very pleasantly tempered .... and eating anyway is a class for itself: herbert strongly relies on local, seasonal products. my carpaccio from almo as an appetizer was excellent, the following stone-butt as well .... the jugend had an ass carving and was also enthusiastic ....Herbert so serves all age groups .... the wine card contains many local weine both from the classic, as well as from the modern bio and biodynamic rail. and finally a glass diplomatico ar...
