Wow!! This has been the best restaurant experience in Austin that I have had! I cannot explain how amazing the dinner we had tonight want. If the owner John is there, you will have the best night. The servers are amazing. I can’t explain how amazing this evening was. Can’t wait to bring everyone visiting here!Food: 5/5

Severs were very friendly and attentive. Very welcoming atmosphere. They have karaoke here as well. May come back and reserve with them to try it out.I would not get the military hot pot again though. Me and my friend has some stomach issues the day after. Perhaps it was too much for us.We got the house made soju. Strawberry cheesecake and it was very good. Wasn’t strong but we both loved it very much. We may come back just for drinks and small bites.

Seoulju is a nice spot for meeting friends and trying Korean comfort food. We ordered the Corn Cheese, Beef Bulgogi, and Fried Chicken Thigh Nuggets. I particularly enjoyed the way they served the cheese in a pan, which kept the corn hot for a long period of time. It was a good appetizer and paired well with their fried chicken. The chicken itself was crispy and perfectly coated with sauce and sesame. Overall, the food quality was good, although nothing extraordinary.
