If you?re from the city, and you need coffee , you gotta stop here. We all love ourselves a vacay out into this beautiful country, but we all love a place we can stop for a quick city element and some great coffee. Who was it that said : ?this is the place?? Anywho. This is it. Stop. It?s cute, quick bite and great coffee. So cute!

This place is awesome. You can make pretty much everything on the menu vegan and/or gluten-free which is amazing for a small town like this. The barista working there was super friendly and helpful and she made our drinks in like two seconds. They have oat, almond, soy, and coconut milk too if you prefer dairy-free. Food took maybe ten minutes at most and was delicious especially considering the relatively low prices. I went there at around 9 am on a week day and there were a few other people around but it wasn't packed and I barely had to wait at all. Was traveling through this area with a family member who had heard that there was a The Place in Hatch for breakfast. Mind you, Hatch UT barely qualifies as a wide spot in the road . There was only one qualified candidate: Sevier Coffee. First and foremost, this is primarily a coffee shop. I think the coffee menu board had between 12 and 15 more? items. I like good coffee but have simple taste: I had an Americano black . The hot breakfast menu had 7 to 9 items 1 or 2 were vegetarian but not vegan . We both had the Bacon Breakfast Burrito .
