"Made a mobile order at 10:07 (we had plans so we thought mobile order would be perfect) went to smoothie king to get it. There were three cars in the drive through and two people at the window. We then proceeded to sit in the line for 15 minutes before getting up to the speaker. We then waited another 20 before we finally left the line. In the 35 minutes we waited in line there was one person at the window helped, the other lady left because she waited quite a while to be ignored. Do not recommend this smoothie king if you want decent service."

Left with nothing, service was horrible. Mobile order was 15 mins late, 1 worker was on their phone another just standing there. People were coming to the window getting orders faster then drive thru and drinks just melting on the counter waiting to be served. How hard is it to make drinks in order and not start another one till the one you are working on has all items done.

The pot hole in front of the drive up speaker is more of a crater then a pot hole. I drove my mustang there last Saturday and if I wasn't able to swing 5 foot to the right my American muscle would be bottomed out on your drive up. This is nothing new as it's been like this for a long time. A joke considering that this would be a very inexpensive fix for a company of your size.

I went here cause I was surprised one on Sheridan was closed and was absolutely fantastic. I’ve also met the owner a few times as a client and he is also super nice. I had zero issues. They were quick and had a huge line of cars at drive thru. Like 7 in front of me. Gave suggestions as I haven’t been here in a couple years and menu seems new and updated with more health specific drinks. Plus. It was affordable. I will be back since it’s literally right across the street from when I leave golds gym.
