"We have been many times, it's always been very good, pretty quick, and reasonably priced. However, We went last night, it was not up to the normal quality anyway. Not bad, but not near as good as usual. Maybe an off night, new cook, not sure, but we will give it another try. Update at that time. As a rule it's been excellent!"

"We've been going to Putnam Inn for a few years, but what a find! We love this place! We never had a bad experience in this food! We took some family members for lunch on Saturday 7/2/16. The buffet changed from breakfast to lunch when we arrived. The lady who sat on us said it was about 10 minutes or so to be completely finished, so that we put our waitress, our beverage orders came. We have drinks in time. The buffet was ready for lunch within the time the lady said it was. I must say all raves about the fried chicken BUT let me say I tried the pox for the first time they were the bomb! I hardly needed a knife to cut it!! I have NIE pork chops in a restaurant, let alone on a buffet that soooo delicate had so good taste! WOW! I have read some mixed reviews about this place, but I can honestly say we never had a bad experience with the food, the staff or the decor of the dining room! The tables are clean, the buffet always seems clean, even the cutlery! Genuine cloth napkins for a buffet?! What a treat! I like the decor. Yeah, it's simple, but I'm here to eat the delicious food, not to decorate ideas. The fancier the facility the more you pay. The price for the buffet is very reasonable given the type of dishes served! Maybe we're not picky people, but I always leave this place with a good feeling! I say if you're starving here, it's your own fault! I wouldn't change anything here!"

"I tried the spaghetti meatballs at this restaurant and unfortunately, it wasn't my favorite. The sauce was too sweet and the meatballs were bland. In my opinion, Italian-inspired dishes should be bold and flavorful without being too toned down. I'm sure some people enjoy this recipe, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. Luckily, there are other menu options that I have tried and loved."

"Made an online order and was told that it would be over an hour to pick-up. I arrived 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. Was told that order was ready and I ask how long it had been ready and was told 15 minutes. And they hadn't called to let us know that it was ready. Order was over 40.00$ and food was cold, the fries sucked. Customer service is not a priority with this company."

"Nice atmosphere and great food. Desserts ate amazing so be sure to leave room for. Husband got the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Tenderloin was pounded fairly then but was good. I had the chicken and vegetables pasta. It was good and very light not heavy. Good use some more seasoning but still good. For dessert we had the strawberry pizza pie. It is amazing and not something you want to mias."
