"Wife and I went in after a recommendation from a neighbor. Gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and nice. He recommended the Sofie?s Steak with American wiz, to which I agreed. Overall Cheesesteak Rating: 8/10 Fundamentals of a Cheesesteak: Bun (1/2 points): It all starts with the solid base, the bread was light and fluffy, but for me it lost a point because the outer crust was a little tough and chewy, but not enough to ruin it. Sofies Steaks in Morton is no joke. Delicious fresh liscios roll. Well seasoned, juicy perfectly chopped meat. Velvety smooth house made American whiz. 12$ for a large. This thing was solid. Great value for how much steak and cheese you get. Definitely worth checking out. New local favorite for me.

I was hoping to have breaking news on the newest hottest place to get cheesesteaks in Morton. It was a good cheesesteak. It had a good amount of meat. Cheese as in cheesesteak, please give me more cheese. Please stop serving cheesesteaks in baskets. Please cut my cheesesteak. Maybe my hopes were too high. Good overall experience.

Today was my second time at Sofie?s Steaks and I was absolutely satisfied. I ordered a cheesesteak and Sofie?s chicken bites. Everything was delicious. The chicken bites and Sofie?s sauce are AMAZING! The cheesesteak was delicious! To top it off, the customer service and friendliness of the staff there is what made me come back. Today was the same as my first visit. They greet you and are kind. That?s a lost thing these days it seems. I am doing a review because they are worth it. You won?t go disappointed by visiting Sofie?s.
