"I'm giving it 2 stars because of cleanliness. I ordered kun pow chicken and you have a choice of lunch or dinner. It was 1pm in the afternoon and I didn't eat breakfast and was extremely hungry. So I ordered dinner expecting a salad and a larger portion. No salad, opened my to go conditioner and it had 2 scoops of rice inches small little sections and what looked like a pretty good portion of kun pow chicken. So I used my plastic fork a scooped one scoop of rice into my chicken to mix it up and when I started to mix it I found that they filled the large area of the to go container about half full of rice also and then covered it with my chicken. So needless to say that container was 3/4 ful...

the bark teriyaki is so salty, too much teriyaki sauce. the cashier is rude. I do not recommend to eat here

Always nice whenever I come I’ve been coming here for years..a food was found in my food and accused that someone in my house hold put it there..I was very disappointed in his tone and attitude on the phone..we went to take the food back and he was so aggressive grabbing our card. To give us a refund. He said no one in his restaurant had hair, and him and his employee both had a head full of hair. We were told to sit aside and wait. We were being rude or anything .. very disappointed in the customer service.

my usual visit to teriyaki is the one of fred meyer. it is convenient to go after shopping. but in the last time, her eating was reduced in quality, every time I had eaten there, I felt like eating stones, and the price doubled, so I tried here. this is now my way for teriyaki; the prices are good, that eating is amazing, and when they take off or deliver- they stuff the box with food and not short it on the meat. that is my biggest problem with teriyaki places around tacoma when they pick out order. I would give these 5 stars, but the drinks menu is fluctuating. I wish that she was tees, juices, bubbles, etc., instead of just generic pepsi and cococs products.
