"Brisket tacos....for dying! Lived place on a Friday night. Hubby had pulled pork sandwich with fries. Pig meat was tender and sweet. Fries were brilliant, fresh, hand cut and crisp. Coleslaw was great. We were on the way to a game. 15 minutes from order to food. Hands down delicious! Tacos 2.99. Pig sandwich with 2 pages $9. If you want a place that gives a generous part of the flesh, that is it!"

"The food is not memorable. My hubby and I shared some BBQ wings which were really good, I was hopeful that the $16 brisket sandwhich would have been tasty but it was bland. On the menu it says that the side is chips its their homemade potato chips) which would be super cool but it was bland too... the place is so beautiful, clean, the music is spot on. I was just hoping that the food was going to be really good. I'd felt better paying 12 bucks for that sandwhich. Meat wise for what i had , Chik Fil A meat taste is better.... The atmosphere here and the thought of everything in this restaurant screams above par..... I was expecting above average food... i was disappointed. The meat needs to be juicier, more flavors.. I know they prolly can't smoke for 10 plus hours but something needs to be done about the food quality..... the chips weren't soggy, but there was no flavor not even salt I don't think) I dipped it in ranch otherwise I wouldn't have eaten them. I appreciate the bbq sauce being put on the side......the bbq sauce was sweet tasting....it was just OK, not awe striking...from the appearance of this place I expected more..... that's why I'm giving 4 star bc the owners put a lot of money and thought into designing etc.. maybe time to rethink the menu a little and add some flare.... just my opinion we aren't local to that part of town but we prolly won't ever go back sadly. Some places we will make the trip for but ... not here..... unfortunately.... writing this review bc I want someone to make a better sandwhich than my dad. So far my dad's cooking for bbq is the best."

"Great local spot for some pretty awesome pizza and beer! I have to say that I was impressed by their pizza, the dough was hand stretched and the toppings were delicious. Their oven baked them to perfection, very similar to Cane Rosso. Their made in house beer is awesome with some great mainstays along with others that rotate in and out throughout the seasons. Families are welcome or there's plenty of bar space."

"The restaurant is on the lake so on a sunny day it must be idyllic. We went on a cold rainy day and sat outside. Two huge tvs one inside one outside so must be the local place to watch games. Tables for large groups as well as four tops. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Standard tavern fare but with a few twists. The burger was very good definitely recommend. The chicken fried steak was so so not tender enough. We also had a chicken flautas starter not bad but maybe try another item. There was no rush so we could take our time."
