"Wow, in rereading our review from almost seven years ago, we kind of have to say that we nailed it. This place has not changed one bit--except now there is more paint chipped off the walls and their omakase has increased in price. We came here for one reason and one reason only: we have friends who live in Cedar Park who wanted to go. The decor is still tacky (the lighting by the bar looks like in belongs on the Vegas strip . They do carry one of our favorite beers (Nest white ale , so that is a plus, and the apps were decent. The green salad was a basic bae, but she was good to get some veggies in. The brussels were also good even if we'll never understand the use Japanese-goat cheese conn...

Off the hook good. My friend took me here for lunch and absolutely loved it. So, so satisfying. Can't wait to go back.

Soto is an absolute gem! The sushi is truly amazing, and the Brussel sprouts... out of this world. Make sure to try them along with their rolls. It's a spot I can't get enough of!

Came in for my birthday dinner! We got a reservation at 7:45pm and technically didn't need it since there were some tables open. Our waiter was Sean, and he was so accommodating. We told him that we had 2 hard of hearing people, and he did his best to make sure we could hear him. Had to ask him to repeat things a couple of times because there were some very loud people near us. He was very patient with us! Loved everything about Sean. He was very energetic to talk about the food and the different alcohol they have. If he didn't know, he asked the bartenders. I ended up asking about 2 different wines.
